What Floor Coverings can I use with Element?
Virtually any floor finish when installed following the guidelines in the installation manual

How safe is it?
The element is a self regulating, low voltage system that is made of a plastic polymer so it is safe to use in high moisture areas or even wet rooms.

How controllable is the heat?
The mat is self regulating and can be used in conjunction with a timer or thermostat giving even greater control.

What happens if I damage the element?
If you accidentally screw or nail through the element there should be no loss or performance or danger because it is a low voltage system.
